  • Visit www.asurion.com/amazon. You will need your order number and purchase date to submit a claim. You can also call us at 1-866-551-5924.
  • By phone: Call us at 1-866-551-5924 and we’ll walk you through it.
Most claims are approved within minutes. For eligible items, same-day repair may be available.
Upon enrollment, Asurion Complete Protect covers:
  • Mechanical or electrical failures due to certain defects
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage from handling (drops, cracks, and spills) for eligible portable electronics like laptops and phones
  • Other product-specific coverage
Tech support is also available on day 1. For all coverage details, view the Terms and Conditions.

Your plan contains limitations and exclusions, including:
  • Loss, theft, or intentional damage
  • Breakdowns from commercial use
  • Accessories not included in the original product packaging
