HP Individual

HP Family and HP Whole Home

If you lost the return envelope or your replacement device did not include a return envelope, please call us at 866-772-5517.

You may start a claim anytime after Day 31 of coverage. For those with a HP Individual and HP Family plan, coverage for your devices doesn’t begin until after you’ve registered them. Pre-existing conditions and breakdowns that occur before Day 31 are not covered.

Sorry, no. Any pre-existing damaged devices are not covered under the plan prior to enrollment. If you need a repair on a device that was damaged prior to enrollment or that is not covered under a plan, a uBreakiFix by Asurion store can assist you with a repair.
